NGO Online Connect

We believe that the true value of our solution goes far beyond the tool we provide. Every customer gains access to a vibrant community of NGO professionals, people who are deeply motivated to make an impact and support one another along the way. It’s this shared passion that inspired us to create NGO Online Connect, our in-person user conference. Bringing together our community from around the world, this event is designed to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and explore how NGO Online can continue to empower organizations and the people behind them. NGO Online Connect will be a recurring event, providing opportunities to learn, connect, and grow together.

NGO Online Connect 2025 - Amsterdam, Oct 30

Our inaugural conference took place on October 30th, 2025, at Hotel Arena in Amsterdam, and it was an incredible day for our community.

Sessions & Insights

Participants explored practical and forward-looking topics from existing customers encompassing AI-driven program management at CBM, operational innovations at Heifer International, managing payments across a federation within CBM Global and partner collaboration at ForumCiv. Sessions from the NGO Online core team covered Power BI, successful customizations, and the roadmap for NGO Online, offering valuable insights into new features and strategies to make the most of the solution.

Community & Collaboration

Over 16 organisations joined us, sharing experiences and learning from peers across countries and sectors. Attendees found the topics highly relevant and valued meeting the NGO Online team in an informal setting. Conversations with fellow organizations provided ideas and inspiration for collaboration and support.
