NGO Online is hosted on Microsoft Azure and SharePoint Online, both part of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This cloud-based setup provides scalability, security, and enterprise reliability.

Pricing & Subscription

Yes, there is a license fee for NGO Online. The NGO Online license is based on a subscription model, which in turn is based on the number of users. It is a tiered model that starts at a level of up to 50 users and gradually goes up in tiers, such as up to 100 users, up to 200 users and so on.

Beyond the NGO Online software, the subscription model and its pricing include “Software Assurance” (SA) and “Access to Support” (2nd line support). Software Assurance means access to all new versions, updates, improvements, patches etc. made to the NGO Online product / platform. Two Major releases are normally released every year, where Minor releases, including smaller updates, can be released in between. NGO Online is based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, which licenses and costs are not included in the license fee. The infrastructure and Microsoft 365 licenses are provided by the customer. NGO Online is installed in the customers’ own environment.

No, there is no differentiation in pricing based on user roles. All users, whether admins or project team members, are counted equally.

Implementation & Support

NGO Online receives two larger updates per year, with smaller enhancements released monthly to improve functionality and user experience.

NGO Online offers dedicated customer support, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout your use of the platform. An assigned application manager serves as your main point of contact for daily support and optimization.
