Omnia and LiveTiles: A Unified Future for Stronger Solutions

In June, we announced a major milestone: Omnia has acquired our former competitor, LiveTiles, and our organizations are now merging into one powerful entity - Omnia Digital Workplace AB with headquarters in Sweden.

With this merger, our combined workforce has more than doubled, with over 160 employees across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Together, we are significantly stronger, particularly in the areas of customer support, customer success, and product development.

We have already begun integrating our product portfolios. Our future and joint intranet product will be based on Omnia’s robust infrastructure. We are presently working to include all capabilities of the current LiveTiles Intranet product into Omnia. This also includes the innovative LiveTiles Reach (Employee app) and the Everywhere Widget (AI).

Going forward, all features in the joint product will be delivered and managed through the Omnia Administration console.

Our first joint product release is scheduled for Q4 this year, with continued development planned into Q1-Q2 next year. For Omnia customers, this means that a range of new capabilities will be made available in the product – making an already versatile product even more complete.

As we bring together the strengths of Omnia and LiveTiles, two leaders in the intranet market, our focus remains on delivering tangible results for our customers and fulfilling our shared vision.
